This is a table top miniature set that was designed and photographed by Bob and Dennis Skotek. A lot of the worm action in the first film was accomplished via our amimatronic miniature puppets and the Skoteck's excellent miniature photography. We have worked with the Skoteck's in the past on Aliens. They are famous for their in-camera effects and they really added a lot to the overall impact of tremors.
