Using My Computer or Windows Explorer find the file tremors2setup.exe on your disk and double click on it. The program will install itself on your hard drive and put a startup icon in the windows accessories menu.
When you want to use the Tremors 2: Calculator click start, programs, Tremors 2 and then select Tremors 2 Calculator.
