No street names. There’s only one street! No Mayor, though Walter Chang probably held the most power. Yes, Old Fred and Edgar definitely stopped in from time to time. For the original town, visitors would have been few — off roaders and occasional desert campers. More of course when Jodi Chang started promoting graboid tourism).
